CAN bus hardware support

Remember that the genesis of V2 firmware and app was to add CAN bus support to RaceCapture/Pro? We remember too.

Now that the app + firmware is released in beta form we’ll make a limited number of CANx expansion modules + OBDII cables available for purchase, for existing RaceCapture/Pro users.
